Allan J. Ross has been in the advertising business for 35 years, owning and operating a music business production company in New York City called AJ Ross Music working with such clients as Crystal Light, Freihofer's, American Movie Classics, NBC Sports, and Gallo Wine. In June of 1991 Ross opened AJ Ross Creative Media which brings under one umbrella all of the above mentioned companies into a marketing and advertising company. Allan blended his companies into a full service advertising and marketing agency with separate areas of expertise: medicine and health care, economic development, corporate, legal services, real estate, residential and commercial development, financial services, and nonprofit community service.

Allan is also President and CEO of BestOutcome Medical and Healthcare Marketing a division of AJ Ross Creative Media a full-service advertising, marketing and PR agency with a unique specialization and experience in the marketing of medical and healthcare providers including hospitals. The agency, which provides services to enhance practice revenues plus an experienced and complete understanding of the health care market, has assisted group practices, hospitals, medical centers, and other healthcare institutions throughout the Tri-State Region--and the nation.
